Instead of showing the path walked, the Android app is showing a dot with the total miles. If I open the same walk on the Windows app it shows the correct data. This does not happen with every walk, but 1-2 out of 7.
Also, weight measurements are getting logged multiple times with different bmi even though I only weigh once.

Hi @tboggs13. Welcome! It's nice to see you here in the Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for letting me know that your details are displayed correctly on your Windows app. Just to confirm, do you mean that the map isn't displayed on your Android app? Please make sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version and try rebooting your phone. If the issue persists I'll need you to take a screenshot of what is displayed on your Android vs your Windows app and share it with me so I can further investigate. For instructions to attach a picture in your reply, check this post.
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Above is an image from the Android app. I have tried rebooting my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the fitbit app. Below is an image showing the same walk in the Windows app, but the details are slightly different. If I click on the map in Android I can zoom out and see roads and other features

Hi @tboggs13. It's great to see you here.
Thanks for getting back and sharing screenshots of what is displayed in the Fitbit app. You also did a good job with the troubleshooting steps. Our team has received feedback about this situation experienced by other users and they're currently working on this to bring a solution as soon as possible. While there isn't a time frame for a fix, I'd recommend to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date so the other features of your Fitbit can work correctly.
I'll be around if you have another question.
