My phone and computer both show my run maps since last February 9, 2019 but dates before then just show a spinning wheel where the map is supposed to come up. Any advice as to how I can see older maps?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to check such information? When was the first time you experienced this? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.

Hi and thanks for your timely response! I did take the steps you mentioned,
several times, before I posted my problem. But maps before approximately
last May won't display. The outline of where the map would appear does show
up - a rectangle. A spinning red circular line appears. And just spins
forever. Also, to make matters worse, since I reinstalled the app, it won't
open unless I go into settings and do a force stop first. The third problem
is that mileage is overstated. A 5k run displays as about 3.5 to 3.7 miles.
Thus may be a phone GPS issue, I'm guessing. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy
S 8, and the software is up to date.
Thanks for any help you can give.
