Hello,
Fitbit App (Pixel 4A 5G Android 14 sept 7): version 4.25.2.fitbit-mobile
Fitbit App (Pixel Watch 3 Android 14 sept 7): version 3.23.3.665552026
When i want to see exercices details on the phone app, the page open up without a map, sometimes only the google logo at the bottom and the whole page freeze, after a few seconds it either automatically go back to fitbit main screen or the whole app crash.
If I go into the menu to share exercises on fitbit community all the exercises map only show a never ending loading logo.
Things I tried:
Log out, Force Stop, Clear cache, clear data, reboot phone, Start app, log in = not fixed
Reinstall app = not fixed
Switch between LTE(full signal) and Wi-Fi (full signal 5ft away) = not fixed
I am out of ideas, I remember also having this problem years ago with my older Charge 3, where i could at least go on the web dashboard to delete exercises. Could it be an account related problem?
Thanks.
Eric

Hello @RickToTheMax
There's currently an issue on the Fitbit side that affects our ability to see all the data for completed workouts as well as data syncing issues. I think this issue is what is affecting your GPS maps. The team is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
For now, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can do. Hopefully, it won't take too much longer before the problem is fixed and we see all our exercise data, including GPS maps.

Thanks Rieko,
Looks like the exercises recorded from my watch turn out fine, and only the exercises that i started from the phone are having problems.
I will wait for future updates to see if it gets fixed.

Hello @RickToTheMax
Thank you for your update and letting us know that your exercises from your watch are fine.
I don't use my phone to start my workouts. So, I'm hoping that the problem you're still seeing is due to the issues on the Fitbit side.
We should be getting an update for the Pixel Watch 3 very soon. Perhaps Monday? I wouldn't be surprised if there's also an app update. I'm really hoping that the update will resolve some, if not most, of the recent problems.
I'll be watching for your update, letting us know that your maps are finally loading properly.
