Maps not showing on lg g3

My maps and pace  are no longer showing on my lg g3 

Used to work fine but can no longer track the distance and pace on a map 

Tried reseting reinstalling etc but no luck 

Have any setting changed 

Any advice would be much appreciated

What tracker do you have? The exercises listed are not using GPS to track your exercise which is why they are appearing like this.

I have the Fitbit Blaze and you need to start an exercise and wait for it to connect to the phone before beginning.

I am having the exact same issue for the past 6 weeks on a Samsung Galaxy S5. 

All workouts record but only some record with a track despite the fact that it appears that the track is recoding during the activity / workout. 

Attached are two screenshots one from the workout summary page top workout showing no map, and the second screenshot shows the track being recorded during that same workout. 

This seems to be an intermittent issue with the app on my phone. Both my phone and app are fully up to date.

GPS turned on  my tracker is a charge HR done all the usuall things like reseting uninstalling etc .

Seen quite a few posts about this fault saying it's intermitant problem 

Maybe something for fitbit to look into
