Hi there, @Abbienh. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your GPS maps.

As @Guy_ has recommended, please try the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app
  3. Reboot your phone
  4. Make sure your phone is using a strong WiFi connection or mobile data
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in
  6. Tap on the exercise tile and check if the map loads correctly this time

I've moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.

Hi @Abbienh - when you start the exercise make sure to turn on the GPS, swipe up the exercise to check the settings before starting it.

Normally when selecting an exercise at the top you will see GPS connecting if the setting is on.

Gps is on. Iv had it so the thumbnail of the map will show sometimes. But as soon as I click on them to make it larger it doesn't load so can't get all the information.

@Abbienh - a possible App issue, try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Restart the phone, ensure good internet connection, login and wait for possible pair and link prompts and sync. It may not fix past maps but may fix future ones.
