Message+ in android not syncing to fitbit versa

There was a post on here back in June that said the recent update fixed the message+ issue for android users. I was getting text notifications up until today and now I am getting none. Help! I need my texts on my fitbit!

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help get everything to work correctly .

I uninstalled and re installed and basdically started over from scratch. I
have the Charge 2. Not sure if that makes a big difference.
