Messages and Email Notifications no Longer Working

I have had the Charge 3 device for a few months and all of my notifications have worked well with my Google Pixel 2 phone. Last week, I updated my phone to Android 10 and shortly after I updated the Fitbit app to the latest version. Ever since, my notifications for messages and email have no longer worked on the Charge 3. My phone calls and calendar notifications still work. I have double checked my settings in the app and have enabled all notifications on my Charge 3, including Messages and Email. I've restarted my Fitbit and phone multiple times. I've even unpaired the Fitbit from my phone and repaired it after a restart of both the phone and Fitbit. Nothing seems to have fixed the issue. I don't know if this is a bug with the new app and/or Android, or if this is a problem with my Fitbit.

Hi @smithy5565  I moved your post to the Android area of the forums. there is a new Android app version being rolled out to us. Version 3.7 started arriving yesterday, so it will get to all of us in turn. I'm waiting on mine to show up. That should take care of a few issues. Keep an eye out for that update. Hoping it solves the glitches for us! Information can be found in this post - click to read
