Have you considered just enabling the DND (do not disturb) mode on your Charge 4?
If enabling DND is something you don’t want to do then you can try opening your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap Charge 4. Next scroll down to and tap notifications. Here disabled all notifications (call, text calendar). Now, while on the same page tap App notifications the in here disabled all the App notifications.
Check your Fitbit App as well. Again open the Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap notifications. Disabled all notifications in here as well. (One section is email notifications but that’s your choice as well)
Once you have all that completed then sync your Charge 4 to accept the changes you might have made.
