Messaging and call notifications not working

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app, turned my bluetooth on and off , turned phone on and off and still my galaxy s9 is not sending calls or text messages to my Fitbit alta....there was a fix?

Thank you for trying to restart both the phones and Bluetooth and reinstalling the app before posting in here.

 

The notifications should be working without any hiccups. Maybe you could try following the steps listed in this help article. They include some of the things that you have tried but also some more steps so please try to go through all of them in the order that they show up.

 

Additionally, have you used other Fitbit for notifications with the same phone? Or your Fitbit with a different phone? If so, please make sure that you have deleted the Fitbit from that other phone's Bluetooth settings.
