Missing Tiles from App's Dashboard after Unpairing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge HR stopped working so I deleted it from my Fitbit Android app. Now the only tiles showing are calories, weight, water and food. How can I view my past stats like steps and heart rate?

Thanks.

Hello @MrScrawny.

Thanks for bringing this up.

When there is a Fitbit no longer paired to the Fitbit app, most of the tiles are removed from the main Dashboard. As a work around you could use MobileTrack which is like using the a Fitbit device. Click here to read more about MobileTrack.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I use the website on my computer, and tiles are missing on mine, also. I haven't made any dashboard changes in quite some time.

Hello @Bub001.

Thanks for sharing those details on the matter.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to add the tiles manually. You can click here to read more about how  to do it. It is possible that the tiles were removed by accident.

Please let me know how it goes or if there are any other questions.

What is missing is my friends progress, which is not among the choices. I
also had another for past stats, space for that tile is black. I don't know
if there is a difference, but I use the website.
