Missing Tiles on App

Hello, 

I am using Android app with Charge 2. 

Today when I accessed the app, it showed calories burned rather than steps as my main tile, and the sleep and heart rate tiles were also missing. 

I used some troubleshooting advice to use the discover feature or the edit feature to get them back... using the discover option does not work. And the edit function doesn't show steps, sleep or heart rate.

Any idea what's going on, and how I can view this data again?

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting too, seems odd that the tiles mentioned on your post are not being shown. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? It was after an update? If possible, please send me a screenshot of your current dashboard. You can refer to this post to do so.  

If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the app.
6. Login using your credentials.
7. Let me know if the issue persist.

I am also having this same problem on my nokia 6.  Missing tiles and have calories burned instead of step count.
