Missing data in Fitbit

Hi,

There has been numerous threads on data suddenly disappearing from the Fitbit app with promises that a fix is "on the way". These threads have just been getting locked and there is still no update whatsoever to fix this.

Is this ever going to get fixed or are you just silently going to ignore it?

It's embarrassing if you can't even rely on the data in Fitbit to remain persistent.
