Missing stats even though data is in the app

Hi all.

I  have a strange problem.  I seem to be missing various days stats in the app even though all the data is there.

Specifically, it's the resting heart rate data.

It has jumped the odd day going from Sunday to Tuesday and from Friday to Sunday this week.   If I tap on the individual day, say Tuesday, to give me that day's reading and scroll backwards, all the data is there for Monday but it just isn't in the list or on the top line graph.

Any ideas why this is doing this as it's the same for Saturday? If I tap on today's list (Sunday) the part of the individual day is there (it's now 9am as I write this) and scroll back the full Saturday list is there but no Saturday in the weekly list or no Saturday in the line graph?

Any ideas?

I've cleared the cache and also cleared the storage and re-logged into the app. It's also missing from the web dashboard as well.

Hello @dao2009

I think an image of the problem will be very helpful. Could you please post screen captures to illustrate ?

Here is how to add images to a post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Community-Basics/How-To-Add-An-Image-To-Your-Post/td-p/100285...

Yeah I was just sorting out my screenshots when I got delayed. This is what I mean in the following screenshots where they are missing.

first image shows the missing day jumps from Sunday to Tuesday. Second picture shows the line graph where there is no plot for Monday and the third picture shows the heart rate for Monday completely synced

Thanks.

That looks like some sort of a bug. I suggest you contact the Customer Support on this.

I wonder if there was a solution/resolution to this. I have the same problem. It's been on and off for a while now (months) and a little annoying.

RHR would report no data on the chart for a few days and then it would return. This time it's gone missing in action for more than a week. I have rebooted my fitbit sense, cleared cache data in the app and rebooted the phone, to no avail. And it's very evident that individiual day's heart rate data is all there. These can be seen in the app when starting with a day with RHR value and then scroll to other days where RHR is seemingly missing.

I'd like to know what the solution is.

Thanks.

I never did get any answers over this. It hasn't happened too often since I posted the original comment but I've taken to resetting my fitbit every time I charge it

Thanks dao2009. I've reset my sense a few times now, no success though. I am still somewhat unconvinced that a device side reset should fix the issue, seeing that all the heart rate data for the missing days are available in the fitbit app, except the missing data points in the RHR chart and table.

Thanks for replying. I might follow up with Fitbit separately.
