Missing tiles from dashboard

I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 and suddenly all the important display tiles are missing and yes I have tried to edit which ones display in the Dashboard.  The tiles seem to be entirely missing.

 

I have uninstalled the App, cleared the Cache and then reinstalled the App but the problem persists.

 

I am trying to upload screenshots but this forum doesn't like a uploads of images.  I am getting increasingly frustrated does anyone have any suggestions?

Apologies I have noticed the tracker was unpaired from my account and that was the reason why! This thread can be closed!

My fitbit is syncing. I am missing the workouts per week tile. How do I get that back?
