App on tablet successfully recognises email address and account works properly. Mobile phone Android app rejects email address as invalid so cannot open my account on phone.

Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app version on your phone and tablet. Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.55 for iOS and Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If your Fitbit app is up to date but you still can't log in, please attach an image of the error message.
