The mobile app for my ionic Fitbit does not display the proper data, my sleep cycles are not properly captured, and my runs don't come up on the app. But when I took a look at the web app, it displays all of the information the way I would expect, this leads me to believe that the problem lots of people have is not with the actual device but with the mobile app.

Yes, it could well be. Have you tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling and logging back in?

@GeorgeJames Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the Android App Board as there are more chances for you to get an answer to your inquiry here. Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with the Fitbit app not displaying the information provided by Ionic correctly.
It may be also possible that you are using and outdated Fitbit app version. The new Android Fitbit app version was just released (Nov. 15th); so it is possible that you have not updated yet. Please update the Fitbit app if you haven't done so already.
@NellyG Thanks for sharing your help on this thread.
