I know Pixel 3 isn't a compatible device with mobile track right now, but I was wondering if there was any info on when it would be?

Welcome to the Forums @bheaden13.

Thanks for taking the time to check on the Pixel 3's status as a supported device.

Unfortunately we do not have any ETA or time frame we could share about when will the phone be fully supported. We are regularly testing new devices and as soon as we have anything on the matter we'll be sharing it with everyone.

In the meantime I'd recommend that you support this suggestion to add the Pixel 3. You can vote for it or comment on it to show that you'd like to see it happen. Be sure to read the FAQ if you'd like to know more about that board.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I left my fitbit on the charger this morning and was trying to figure out how to add MobileTrack when I came across this. I see this was posted in November. It's now February. I don't suppose this feature will be added anytime soon?

@LanuzaFitbit You are directing to a suggestion that is different from the request. Here we speak about Mobile Tracking that is not yet supported although Pixel 3 is practically identical to Pixel 2 in terms of hardware requirements.

UPDATE: This is the right suggestion to vote, unfortunately not yet under consideration

Hello @Giampi71. Welcome to the Forums @Tash_91.

@Giampi71 Thanks for sharing your suggestion. When I made that post the Pixel 3 had not yet been added to the list and thus I linked to general compatibility of the Pixel 3. Hope that clarifies the situation.

@Tash_91 Be sure to support the idea linked by @Giampi71. If you have any further question on how that board works, be sure to read the FAQ.

I'm also interested in seeing MobileTrack support for Pixel 3 devices.

Yeah, this please. Hey mods, any new on this? I'd like to be able to use your app before i invest in any gear so getting mobiletrack on the pixel 3 should have been done like 6 months ago. What news do you have for us on this

Any news on MobileTrack for Pixel 3 phones?

It seems insane that this phone would be out for almost a year and still not have full compatibility with FitBit services. Definitely makes me reconsider staying with FitBit when I'm ready to upgrade my current device.
