Hi,

 

Currently, the option of Mobile Tracker is not available on Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. When will the feature be available on this device?

You must be kidding, right?

Here are some facts:

Xiaomi makes Mi Band 2 trackers, competing product of Fitbit.. 

Fitbit has not added any new Android phone models looooong time..

Supported devices list is mostly populated by devices more than 1 or 2 years old..

Fitbit has not published any information when they will support new phones

Fitbit has not published any information what current phone models they will ever support

 

If you're new Fitbit owner, I'll recommend to return Fitbit to shop and maybe check Xiaomi trackers (price ~15 - 30 Eur)
