I just purchased an Alta and I am having issues with syncing it to my phone. I have a LG K10. I did not see it on the list. Can you please add it? I really don't want to have to return my fit bit. I had been saving to buy one and I have nothing else to link it to.

It can take some time before phones are added to the list and sometimes they do not get added at all. Check with the retailer to see how long you have to return it to make sure you don't miss that opportunity.
