Mobile track is gone

I recently upgraded to a Samsung s20 ultra and when I did the mobile track on my fitbit app stopped working. I have tried logging out and restating my phone and logging back in but the mobile track is gone. I don't know what to do. I even tried creating a new account to see if that would work and still it wasn't there. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to solve the issue?

Hello @Karen0913 and welcome to the Help forums.  I know that MobileTrack has certain hardware requirements and that many Android phones just can't support MobileTrack.  This might be the case with your new Samsung.

Hi, 

I tried forgetting Bluetooth and re-pairing. Didn't seem to work at first but I looked in the notifications on my phone and it was there, I needed to agree to pair again.
