I went to add mobile track for my charge 3 but it's not listed, my Note 8 is compatible as iv checked. Iv have gone though all the rigmarole ?? Removed app, logged in/logged out etc.. 

Charge 3 is rubbish now so wanted to use mobile while waiting for a replacement

Hello @Viki2710. I checked the compatible phone page and it looks like the Note 8 does not have the required hardware to support Mobile Track. 

The app may still be used for mobile run tracking.
