I still have my Alta hr connected to the app, but I accidentally deleted the mobile tracker. How do I get it back?

Hi
From the fitbit article
HOW DO I GET MOBILETRACK?
To get started, download the Fitbit app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Windows Store, and tap Join Fitbit. When asked which tracker you're setting up, choose "No Fitbit Yet?" and follow the MobileTrack instructions.
If you already have a Fitbit account, log into the app and tap or click the Account icon (). Choose the option for setting up a new device and follow the MobileTrack instructions.

@SunsetRunnerHi... After I updated my Android App to 4.9 MobileTrack mysteriously appeared as another device.. Then disappeared.
I don't need the MobileTrack but became interested when issues started to be posted about Blaze Connected GPS, MobileRun and .MobileTrack
MobileTrack isn't available in my Google App Store..The only Fitbit App is v4.9....unless it is a non-Fitbit product. Also, I have noticed that moderators are using the word MobileTrack and MobileRun when they are referring to MobileRun ironically which is Track exercise..
Can you help.. or.... are we now getting both terms mixed up..

I tried this and did not have a "no fitbit yet" option. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I still did not see that option.

Hi, any update on this issue ??? Did u guys manage to fix it. I accidently unpaired the mobile track on my flex 2 device and have not been able to fix it. I did uninstall the app in hopes of getting it back, but nothing happened, no mobile track. 😞

I just joined the community as I wanted to use my phone to track steps using Fitbit and the Mobile Tracker is not an option. I have the Google Pixel XL running 8.0 and have the latest Fitbit app.

I encountered this issue as well sometime ago. Really hope Fitbit would reply and solve this issue as Mobile Track can come rather useful for me in situations such as when my Charge 2 is being charged at the moment

I also accidentally deleted my mobile tracker. I went into my fitbit app, clicked the account icon at the bottom, and clicked on set up a device. The next screen will show devices but at the bottom of the screen is a place to click the mobile tracker and install. You don't have to click any device to reinstall. Hope this helps. Mine is back up and running.

I don't have option to add mobile tracker on add device, dies this mean that it is not available on my phone? It was there prior to me deleting it, now can't get it back.

I tracked an exercise (vs logging previous) on the app and within a few minutes, steps showed up and mobile track did too. Customer support was not helpful at all.

Under add device it's at the very bottom. You really don't want it. It will drain your battery in less than a day an Fitbit already has one already installed.
