Hello there @pawan and welcome to our community. Note that the MobileTrack feature use the sensor of the phone to track basic activity, so not all the devices support this feature as it does your Lumia. I have also this issues that my phone does not support MobileTrack and I use an Xperia phone. To know more about this, I recommend to review this article: "How do I use MobileTrack?" It will give you more information to learn more about compatibility.
Let me know if you have more questions.

I had mobile track on my apple phone when I didn't have the fit bit charge. I recently got an android phone and a fit bit charge 2 but it won't let me sync it because mobile tracker is on and I don't know how to turn it off. If you could please help me that would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi there @Pusb1, I like to see new users around our Fitbit Community. If you enable Mobiletrack on your iOS before you changed to Android; the mobile app on Android should allow you to unpair the MobileTrack option.
To do this go to your Android App and tap Account tab. From here press the unpair option under Mobiletrack.
Hope this helps. For anything else keep me posted.

Hello @JamesToniolo, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! You enable the option of MobileTrack as you do with a tracker.
1. Log into the app and tap or click the Account icon2. Choose the option for setting up a new device and look for the MobileTrack option listed as a tracker.
However make sure your mobile phone is supported or compatible with this option, since not all the devices are able to support this feature and when this feature is not supported the MobileTrack option won't be available to choose. To see the latest list of supported devices and its features, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
Hope this information helps. See you around!

Mobile Track is missing in my Fitbit app. My phone (Pixel XL) is on the list of supported devices. I used to track on my 6P that I already returned to Google. Any advice?

I'm trying to challenge my daughter in steps taken per week. I don't have a fitbit device but she does and is a big fan of it. I was looking for a way to try to participate with her while I'm saving for a device and I found out about MobileTrack.
When I created my account and first starting using the app MobileTrack was there. After I got a new phone and reinstalled the app, MobileTrack was listed, but it has disappeared from the list of paired devices. I've searched all over this forum and have found a lot of conflicting information on whether or not it's even possible to get it back.
I'd like to know if MobileTrack was available when I set up my account, and it was on my phone, is there a method to get it back? I've followed the instructions and suggestions to add a device and look for the no fitbit yet option. The only way to see that option that I've found is to set up a new account - something I would rather not do unless I can delete my current one and re-add it with the same email address.

@PaulWerner @absentspace Hi, there! The Google Pixel XL phone is compatible and listed on our supported devices page. I know that MobileTrack is listed as a feature with this device, but unfortunately, it was mistakenly placed there. I am working to have this corrected and updated on there. MobileTrack is not available for the Google Pixel XL phone. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and for the confusion. I hope this clears things up for you both.
@Paul_71 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's possible that before you owned an Android device that supported the MobileTrack feature, which is why you were able to set it up and use it. Whereas now, your new Android device is not supported. Feel free to look up your current device on our Supported devices page. Let me know if you still have questions! I'm happy to help.

@AlessFitbit will the Pixel XL be added in the future? It would seem that it would be more capable of a device compared to the Nexus 6P so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be supported. Please let me know if there are any plans to add this as a MobileTrack device in the future

Hey I've checked the compatibility page and everything. For some reason it seems my fitbit app does not show the mobiletracker option on my samsung galaxy s8+.
Any advice on what to do here? Or am i mistaken about the support of the feature?
thanks.

Hi,
I always used FitBit app on my windows mobile phone in past but recently I had to change phone and now using LG G6+. Unfortunately I can't add Mobile tracker and looks like LG G6+ phone is not supported. May I ask if there any chance it will change in the future? I really dont want to start using different app after so many years but on other side I dont need any other device than phone.
Many thanks for help and have a nice day.

I also have an s8, which is compatible with mobile tracker according to your site, but it does not show up in the list of options when I try to add a new device, just the watches etc.
So how do we add mobile tracker when our fitbit battery runs flat while out training?
!update
Latest update fixed this. It is now at the bottom of the page. Thank you

Hello @AlessFitbit!
I have accidentally unpaired the mobile track from my fitbit account, and when trying to add a new device, cannot see it anymore as an option. I went to supported devices and my Xperia C4 is not listed there as i checked.
My questions are why and how did i have it enabled? Did i actually use it? Did it work? How do it get it again, can i?
Thanks!

I have a samsung S7 and mobile tracker isn't working for me either 😞
I've tried a couple of times, but tonight was slightly different. Mobile tracker was listed in the devices section but it said it was paired with another device. When I clicked on it, it disappeared completely and I can't get it back. I've tried logging out of the app and I've also tried deleting it and reinstalling the application.
