I'm using a Samsung galaxy grand 2 mobile phone and I have no option to set up my "mobile tracker". There's no option to do that while creating a new account. Nor is it in the list to add devices. I have just started using fitbit and would like to try it from some time before buying a sensor. This works perfectly fine on another phone which I have. That is a windows phone lumia 640. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Fitbit dont care as long as they get your money. All i have had with them is issues, they seem to hate android users and make it incredibly difficult for us, right down to capping characters when typing. Compatible android phones cant use mobile track 🤷:female_sign: after numerous trackers, problems and promises i have given up and got a galaxy watch
I have a question. Why do we keep losing compatibility? Hopefully #Goole will solve t lack of QA and the correct compatibility of devices already sold. Or keep the option off. Headed to ANY better tracking device that doesn't take 3 hours a week on the computer to see "what did they break now".
The mobile track option doesnt show up on my phone at all. I have a galaxy not 9 and it was there before. I switch phones and unpaired it but now it wont return on my new phone. How do I add this option. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.
