My wife has a Samsung S4, which shows up in the list of compatible devices. However, MobileTrack does not show up as an option for her.
Seems like FitBit support is no longer answering questions on this thread?
Fitbit dont care as long as they get your money. All i have had with them is issues, they seem to hate android users and make it incredibly difficult for us, right down to capping characters when typing. Compatible android phones cant use mobile track 🤷:female_sign: after numerous trackers, problems and promises i have given up and got a galaxy watch
ng here. It was there then gone. Should I uninstall and resintall?

Best AnswerMIne is a Pixel 3 and it was there but disappeared.
Best AnswerSupported phone and still no optionto add
Best AnswerI have a question. Why do we keep losing compatibility? Hopefully #Goole will solve t lack of QA and the correct compatibility of devices already sold. Or keep the option off. Headed to ANY better tracking device that doesn't take 3 hours a week on the computer to see "what did they break now".
Best AnswerIt was actually there and they took it away somehow.
Best AnswerMy Galaxy Note 9 is compabitle but the mobile tracker option does not show up in the list of options to add it.
Best AnswerThe mobile track option doesnt show up on my phone at all. I have a galaxy not 9 and it was there before. I switch phones and unpaired it but now it wont return on my new phone. How do I add this option. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.
