MobileTrack doesn't exist on Galaxy Note 9

Under compatibility, it clearly says I have the option for MobileTrack. But when I go to add a new device, and scroll all the way down, there is never anything there. I've tried clearing my cache, reinstalling the app, and even making a new account. Nothing works. Why?

Hello @Quinnjj and welcome to the community.  While your phone is fully compatible with the app, very few, if any, Samsung Galaxy series phone support Mobile Track.  Where do you see Mobile Track listed on the features of the Galaxy Note 9?

If you want to track your activity but don’t have a Fitbit tracker, you can use your smartphone to record basic stats like steps, distance and calories burned.
