Hey guys, I cant sync my steps on fitbit app via mobile track. I don't want to get a device just for a challenge so i am using my phone. Any help on syncing the steps will be approached.

Hi @Sharko04, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that when you open the Fitbit app, your phone's data automatically syncs with the app. That being said and to better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Ricardo,
I got the point you were trying to explain. When I open the app it gives me calories burned but it doesn't give my steps. I can clearly see the number of steps I did in other apps like (Google Fit or Samsung Health). While digging in, I found that I needed to turn the mobiletrack on to get my steps but sadly there is no option for me to do. I tried the same thing in my friend's phone logging into my account and it worked on his device but not mine. I have tried the steps mentioned above as well but it didn't helped sync the steps from my phone or enable the mobiletrack. I started to experience this issue since 13th of November. And, I have been experiencing the issue till date. Please let me know if there is any fix for it.
