Mobiletrack missing sync button

My mobiletrack worked fine last weekend but after my android updated, I no longer have an option to sync my phone calculated steps. I have tried uninstalling, restarting and a recommended action in another post I saw (unpairing, logging out, clearing data, restarting and then trying to re-pair) and nothing is working to give me the ability to sync my non-fitbit steps.

Unfortunately even with following those steps, it still does not sync. It connects but none of the data is transferring over from my phone.

@Perpetulant Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.

I appreciate the research done. I'd like you to perform the following steps even though they have been done, it's recommended to follow the steps as described below:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Set up MobileTrack as a new device: From the Today tab > tap your profile picture. Tap the option to set up a new device, and follow the MobileTrack instructions.

Hope this helps.
