Hi @GraceSpears02 - this is probably a clock face fault - try switching to another clock face and if that works notify the developer of the fault.

I am glad to read this was related to the clock face. Would you mind sharing which one you had installed before? Was it a Fitbit clock face? We shall see if other users are experiencing the same. Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you so much! I don't believe it was an official Fitbit clock face
It was a Steven universe themed face called SU Island. I did send an email to the developer about that so I hope it helps.
