More information on sync failure

When a sync fails it would be helpful to know a bit more information. You didn'the see the fitbit, you lost the connection to the fitbit, traffic to the fitbit website was not possible, partial update tray again. Really any information would be better than the red dot.

Welcome to the Community @lightIntunnel! That's an awesome idea. You should go ahead and post feature requests for the changes you would like to see. (That is the forum Fitbit uses to gauge peoples interest in changes to their products.)

 

I'd also like to know... are you're facing syncing issues that you haven't resolved yet? If you do, where are you experiencing them, mobile device or PC? If mobile device, which operative system?
