Have soent a long time trying to work out f the Moto g4 can sync with fitbit via mobiletrack. I have been round and round trying to work this out. When I activate my old phone the G4 says I need to unsync the Windows phone. Once done the option to sync dissappears on the new Andorid phone suggesting mobiletrack is not supported. Tried to find my sensors in android and again just can't locate them if they even exist. Help appreciated

I have a Motorola G 3 and have no problem using the mobile tracking on the app.

Do you not have the "Track your exercise" on your dashboard ?

Hello, yes I do have this but want the "mobileTrack" facility which automatically monitors movement. The method you suggest is manual which is not ideal.

Hey @noisyspace, welcome to the Fitbit Community Smiley Very Happy! The Moto G4 is not compatible with Fitbit and so neither MobileTrack.

See the model of Moto we support:

That's the reason why you're not getting the MobileTrack option,  for the latest list of devices that support the MobileTrack feature, visit our supported device list. Fitbit frequently adds support for new devices, so if yours isn't listed check back soon. Note that we don't provide support for the MobileTrack feature on HTC One M8 mobile devices.

As my friend @LesleyJW is doing, you can still use the Fitbit app on your device to track food, activities, and more. The app will automatically download the latest synced tracker data from the Fitbit.com dashboard, so as long as you're within range of your computer, you can see your updated stats.

Hope this helps!
