Hi,

I am unable to pair or find Bluetooth for Moto Z andriod 7.1.1 for fitbit C2.

I tried basic solutions like turn on and off. Forced shut fitbit app, no luck..

Appreciate any help.

Thanks

Hassan

@HassanQatar, are you doing the setup process through the Fitbit app?

Your mention of bluetooth makes me think that you might not be.

At what step does it fail? Any error messages?

Have you done any of the troubleshooting?

Have you checked to see if your phone has been tested yo be compatable? This doesn't mean that it wont work, your experience may vary.

Have you searched tgese forums for your phone model, this could be helpfull and really should be rone before posting for help.

I have been using my HR for over a year and have had intermittent syncing issues, however today I get the message "tracker not found", when I explored the different possible  problems I could not locate my phone on the list of phones, I have a Verizon Moto.  There are no Verizon phones listed on the web site where you find comparable phones.
