It's great to see you here @Lakeroosevelt and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Versa board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Now about your compatibility inquiry, Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.

The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.

A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

Let me know if you need anything else. Robot Happy

My Fitbit Charge 2 will not sync with my Motorola Moto Z2.  When is this going to change ?  If I can't use the Fitbit Charge 2 with my Motorola Moto Z2, I don't want it, and need a refund !!!

Thank you kindly,

I have had my Versa for about a month. I had originally had major issues with my Versa and Moto Z2 not talking (syncing) at all. I ended up syncing to my iPad for the time being. Then yesterday, I uninstalled the Fitbit app and reverted my Versa back to factory defaults and started all over again. It worked perfectly this time. The Versa syncs to my phone; I get notifications of all kinds (the ones I've set up); and all the apps work well. I can only assume that either Fitbit or Motorola fixed whatever compatibility issues they had and it was included in a recent update. I am just thrilled that my Versa and my Moto Z2 are playing nicely together. Here's to hoping it lasts!

When if ever do you plan to add the Moto Z2 to the list of compatible phones for most of your products? I have an Iconic that has been sitting in a drawer while I wear a new Garmin device that seems to be compatible with every device on the market? I have been waiting more than a year for this update.
