Motorola E5 Supra and Cricket issue

When I first set my Fitbit up it synced fine. However, after about 5 hours it quit syncing. I've tried uninstalling, reinstall, reboot, sign out/in, reconnect. Checked all settings on my phone and app. There is nothing that has changed since first setting it up. Please tell me what needs to be done to get it to work. From what I've read it should connect with the 8.0 Oreo software. If not, I sure hope I can get my $ back.

I am not receiving any error messages other than the bluetooth error that periodically pops up.  My bluetooth has been on every time i've tried to sync.

Hello @Japsey.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for letting me know.

What Fitbit are you trying to connect with your phone?

In the meantime please try to follow the steps listed in this help article:

  1. Open the phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. There, look for your Fitbit and remove it from the list of paired devices.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Run the set up once again.

Let me know how it goes or if you have any further questions.
