Hey all. So my mum just got a new phone - Samsung A70 - after using my old Note 8 for a while. Note - neither of these phones is listed as compatible in the fitbit.com/devices section but the Note 8 has worked flawlessly with a Blaze, a Versa, and a Charge 2, so it's reasonable to assume the A70 would be the same.
Anyway, I unpaired the Charge 2 from her Note 8 in Bluetooth settings and it is showing up in the Fitbit app on the A70 and syncing OK. However, it is not appearing in the list of Bluetooth devices in the phone settings, which all Fitbits usually do. My guess is that the Charge 2 thinks it's still paired to the Note 8 Bluetooth. How on earth can I effectively reset the Charge 2 so it will make itself visible to a new phone for BT pairing?

Huh. Only just realised this had been moved from the Charge 2 section to the Android App section.
Hey moderators, my issue is not with the Android app it is specifically with the Charge 2 not appearing in the Android Bluetooth list even though it is working in the app. This is a Charge 2 issue not an app issue. Can you move it back please?
