Multi-track Syncing issues after update 2.65.1

I have two fitbits - one for work (Charge HR) and one for outside work (Charge 2). For the last two days I have lost significant steps when syncing the two fitbits after work using the app. Yesterday I lost 100 steps and today 4000. I have been alternating the two for over six months now and have not had any lost step problems (other than very small amounts) until the upgrade to 2.65.1. Extremely annoying as I have not changed the way I use them.

Hi there @ABitFit97, thank you for joining to our Fitbit Community! I was reading you are losing steps while when you sync your trackers. I appreciate you have brought to my attention this behavior and I'm wondering if your total tally was showing on your tracker or your Fitbit Dashboard? Under which scenario happened the lose of data? It was after you sync or some of your trackers did not sync the steps count?

When you are using multiple trackers, the data prioritization of one device over another is usually arbitrary, meaning if there is an overlap of information it will take the most accurate data. So one of my recommendations for best results and to have the most accurate dashboard, switch your devices and remember to sync each one before removing it.

If this is not the scenario and you noticed this change after the new update, perhaps resetting your app will do the trick:

Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

See you around and hope this helps.
