Hello all,

 

I am getting multiple text notifications when some one sends me a text. 1 text msg will generate between 3 and 7 notifications on my Blaze. I am using the stock Messages+ that came with my verizon phone running on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Can anyone offer some help to a Tech Stupid Nurse. I'm great with the human body, but not so much with Tech stuff.

@Stormship I've heard the same from other Community members as it seems that the Message+ app doesn't play well with the Fitbit notification service. I recommend trying to use Google Hangouts as your default text notification app. I've heard making that app the default in your phone settings and in the Fitbit app notification settings has worked for others too. Keep me posted.
