App refresh very slow

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have noticed very slow refresh of new info on the app.

Example.. Sync and then it can take up to a minute for the screen to actually show the data after the sync is complete unless in some cases you manually refresh the specific screen.

Also the main dashboard screen will not show all data that was synced until you go into each individual sub section like hourly activity etc.

Seems like a bug.

My app is soooo slow it's basically unusable at the moment.

About time we had some news on this issue from Fitbit.

Hey guys @demonicale and @Bburzycki, it is nice to have you here in the Community! Well I have to say that something similar happened to me when I synced. Sometimes after sync, it took for a couple of minutes for the information to be updated. But it got fixed by updating the Fitbit app on my phone, so I'm pretty sure this can be fixed by following these instructions if you are using an Android phone.

To see what version of the Fitbit app is installed on your device:

  1. Tap the menu button.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Fitbit App.

To update the Fitbit app:

  1. Open the Google Play store on your device.
  2. Tap the menu button.
  3. Tap My Apps and choose the Fitbit app.
  4. Tap Update. If you want automatic updates in the future, check the Allow automatic updating box.

Let me know how it goes guys!

I update all the time - lately it is slightly better with the last update
but still takes some time and does not refresh all sections - like sleep
and activity can take some time to load.
