Hello there @kendall321 good to see you around. This is odd my friend, I don't hear to many issues with custom logs. If this is happening on your app, my recommendation is to review if you are running the latest version. I have updated  my app too and the last version is 2.29.

In case you have updated recently your app, other suggestion that might help is to log out from your Fitbit account. Once you are out, look for the apps that are running in the background and force quit Fitbit app, On Samsung usually this appear by holding down the home bottom for a few seconds and swipe away the app is running in the background. If I'm wrong how to access here, the other way is restarting your phone and when you it has loaded, open the app and give it another try.

Thank you @SunsetRunner, for helping us to maintain in order our Community.Robot wink

Keep me posted how it goes, I'll see you around.

Very frustrating!  The same thing is happening to me.  I have custom foods and when I select them on the app, they come up with 0 calories eventhough it may 310 calories.

@michellee This is a known issue as @RobertoME pointed out above. I recommend checking in on this thread as this is where I will be sharing updates and there is also a workaround for this. Hoping to have a new update to share with everyone soon.

I am closing this thread as I am currently sharing updates for this here. Thanks for your reports and continued patience.
