My Flex won't sync

After 3 calls my fitbit will not sync possibly because know one speaks ENGLISH I'm about to throw this tracker in the trash. Not helpful when in a challenge if anyone who speaks english please let me know

Which version of Android are you using?

 

Sometimes it does help to disable bluetooth, log out of your app, reboot the phone, reinable bluetooth and log in.

 

Let us know what happens.

Whether this doesn't get you back on track, try @RickyFitbit's troubleshooting steps to fix syncing issues with Android devices. Additionally, it could be a good idea checking out his post about the different reasons steps are not getting updated during challenges. Hope this helps.

Clearly there is a mass issue with sync. How can we fix it? I've run flex with no issues for a year at least. Sync stopped Saturday, 7:30 AM EST. I've tried all the troubleshooting available.

@Addicted2it I thought @EdsonFitbit replied simply enough. What is it that the community can do for you?

@Addicted2it did you read the article and follow the suggestions on what to do when you're having trouble syncing?

 

People do speak English here. Did you try the online chat feature?

Everyone -- If you're experiencing issues with syncing, I recommend these troubleshooting steps. 

 

If you're still unable to sync after those tips, please let me know at what step in the process you get stuck on and any error messages that you may receive. Screenshots/pictures are always welcomed as well. Hope this helps everyone!
