Multiple activities in parallel

Today did a long cycling tour. With some breaks in between. This was a cycling tour of 4h32m. As you can see the automatic activity recognition also detected a outdoor bike activity just somewhere in the midst of the tour. This whilst my hand started gps based tracking was in progress. Last but not least also I see that a lot of steps have been tracked in this period. So in some moments 3 things in parallel.

Is this a defect?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the screenshot that was attached in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using to track your activity? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Is this occurring with this specific activity or with all of them? Because this is related with GPS tracking, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using?

In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit device and then follow the next steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.
