New user, can I sync my Alta hr to my tablet and to my phone both

@Dippidew Hi and Welcome - Yes you should be able to but lets check a few things with you - do both devices support Bluetooth and if so have they both found your Fitbit device - you may have to turn on search for nearby devices to do this (you can turn the search function off once found)

Next

1. It's recommended to use a device that's on our Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker

2. You shouldn't need to re-pair your tracker to each device but if that doesn't work try the above suggestion in the first paragraph. You should be able to simply log into your Fitbit account on each device and sync to see your stats. 

3. If you have any issues syncing your tracker to one of your devices, take a look at Why won't my Fitbit device sync to help

 

Please note there maybe sync issues if both devices are close to each other you may have to turn off Bluetooth on the device you are not using to sync to you tracker and then turn on again once complete
