Steps are not showing up on my phone's dashboard. Any help is appreciated. (I think) I've tried everything. Today is day #2 experiencing this glitch.

@CDayish Hi and Welcome - there maybe 2 reasons for your enquiry the first is an error in the app that is currently being looked into for updates as and when they are posted please check the following link
the second is that they have inadvertently been turned off if you mean the tile is not there to check this press and hold any tile this will take you to an edit page - you will see all tiles available with a + or a - near them - the Minus sign denotes they are active on the dashboard - the Plus symbol means you can add it to the dashboard check to see if it is there and the status of the tile,

I'm having the same problem. It's only happened since my fitbit app was updated yesterday.

@Lomandlass Hi and Welcome, do you mean steps show as zero or the tile is not there? my below post should give you more details especially about the latest App Update which is currently causing issues (been ongoing for a while now as you will see by the amount of postings on that forum) Fitbit will refuse to give any time line on any fix so we will be in the dark until they decide on how to resolve the issue
please let us know if the step tile is missing completely and the steps given do not resolve it
