Multiple message app support

Is there a current plan to have multiple text messaging application notifications supported in the Android Fitbit app?  I, like most other people, use multiple texting applications to keep in touch.  I would really like to be able to see all text notifications and not just the one notification from a specific text app.

Hello @Torque999, nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! In this case this feature already available but is not available for all trackers.

In order to received multiple notifications is require to set up the option of advanced notifications that is available for Fitbit Blaze and Fitbit Ionic. For more details this video will help you.

Hope this helps and keep participating in the Fitbit Community!

Hey,

I have a fit bit Charge 2, I think this feature would be amazing on this device. I use text messaging, whatsapp and facebook messenger with different audiences.

Is it possible to submit a feature idea for development or something if it's functionality that popular enough?

Regards,

Lawrence

Hi there @kcronin and welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community @Law_of_course. I owe you an apologies for the late response.

@kcronin thank you for the suggestion. Indeed, I have seen many users talked about this independently developed app, can be use as an alternative.

@Law_of_course If you want to share a suggestion or feedback, you can visit our Feature Suggestion board.

Regarding this topic, there were some requests before. However according to our latest update, there are not currently plans to release this feature across other prior devices, since the feature is already in Versa, Ionic and Fitbit Blaze. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released here in our FAQs

See you later and thank don't forget to step by to share other suggestions.
