I also have this problem with the flex and Charge HR, if i would have known you cant really switch between devices like they say you can i wouldn't have bought another tracker. So frustrating to lose your steps.

What problems are you having? I find that if I sync before I swap between my One and Blaze and don't wear both at the same time then I don't have any issues.
