When I go to Fitbit app (I use a One) on my Android Samsung Galaxy 4, previously i did not have to log in. Today it asked for login, which I entered--the same login email address and password that works on my desktop--but i get the message invalid email or password. I reset the password, and that works on desktop, but not phone. Any suggestions?

It sounds silly, but have you tried restarting your phone? Sometimes it works. Also, I would make sure you have the latest version of the app.

Have latest version and restarted--problem persists. Any other ideas.
