can't log into Fitbit on phone

When I go to Fitbit app (I use a One) on my Android Samsung Galaxy 4, previously i did not have to log in. Today it asked for login, which I entered--the same login email address and password that works on my desktop--but i get the message invalid email or password. I reset the password, and that works on desktop, but not phone. Any suggestions?

It sounds silly, but have you tried restarting your phone? Sometimes it works. Also, I would make sure you have the latest version of the app.

Have latest version and restarted--problem persists. Any other ideas.

@pranso Thanks for trying out restarting as @MakMak suggested above. I know a couple of days have passed since you last responded, are you still unable to login to the Fitbit App? Are you still able to log in to the online Dashboard at Fitbit.com? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Erick, Thanks for writing. No, I still can’t log in to my Fitbit, although I can login at Fitbit.com. The same login does not work at my fitbit app, I get the message “invalid email or password” Any help you can give would be appreciated. Thank you, pran
