Hello,

I have followed these steps multiple times. I have confirmed that I am connected to Surge (Classic) and bluetooth is set to "on" in the Surge device. I have also restarted the Surge device, my phone and followed the steps again, but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @rdblazek and welcome to the Community!

I've moved your post from the iOS forum to the Android forum to help keep the Community organized.

I'd recommend making sure that you are using version 2.17 of the Fitbit Android App. Click here to be redirected to the Google Play Store.

Once you are updated, I'd recommend:
1. Open settings on your Surge's screen and toggle Bluetooth Classic to "Pair".

2. Open your mobile device's settings Bluetooth and scan for "Surge (classic)" and select it.

3. A six-digit code should appear on your Surge.

4. Once the code appears, please do the following in rapid succession: press the bottom-right button on your Surge to confirm the pairing and then on your mobile device select pair.

Hope this helps you out!

I updated the app, paired the device again and still no luck.

I am using a Samsung Note 4 phone with Spotify as my music player.
