I can t put music on my ionic grom my Phone. It is a samsung s6 edge. Can anyone help me?

Hi, @Gwempie! I don't believe you can download music from your phone onto the Ionic, only from a computer or Pandora. Check out this article for instructions.

I did not got the answer i need, my question was how to transfer music from my samsung s6 to my fitbit. Not from my computer.

@Gwempie, the answer is that your CANNOT transfer music from your Samsung S6 to your Ionic tracker. You can only do so with a computer.  You can download the music from your Samsung S6 to a computer and then transfer it to your Ionic from the Computer, but you cannot transfer it directly from your phone to your Ionic.

And how do i do that? My USB portals do not accept my ionic cable....

@Gwempie, the USB cable for the Ionic is for charging the battery only, it does not have any capability to transfer data.  To transfer music from your computer to your Ionic, it uses WiFi.  You may want to check out the Fitbit help article, Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
