Every time I try to setup my ionic it returns back to the setup screen.  How can I get it  to set up?

I have same issue. I have completed the sync but when I go to change the clock face or anything else in the Ionic setup it says my fitbit mobile app needs to be updated. How do I do this? If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Ok, just had to go and update my mobile app now it is working 🙂

Updating the fitting ionic is the most irritating experience ever. I was so excited to get the watch and now I can't use it.
