Hello there @Greebo, it's nice to see you around! If your Best Achievements are not showing correctly, I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Make sure that your Fibit app is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here. Cat Wink

Let me know the outcome, I'll be around.

I didn't want to accept this reply. My achievements show on the website so telling what to do with the app on my phone is point less. It still shows incorrect date on the website when i login.  And the above mentioned about the info about my app has been done several times 😔

I just had a butcher's at my profile and the best achievement stats date back to 2016 and 2017. They are obviously wrong as I have badges that are for data that exceeds that shown.

Two days later, best achievement stats are still wrong and no response from anyone.

Has anyone else got this problem?

Best Answer

I have the same problem. Still have no answer about the discrepancies 😠

@MarreFitbit, 4 months later have you any answer for this problem?

Best Answer

@Greebo, I see you are less than satisfied with the answer you received.

As the originator of the thread if you go to your first post and select the three dots at the top right you should get a drop down menu. Somewhere about half way down there should be an option for you to unselect that answer. I'm not sure how it's worded, unmark, deselect, but it should be there. But only you or a moderator can do this.

I assume that as this is being ignored it remains unanswered because fitbit can't fix it and there is no scripted trite reply to be trotted out to try and string us along.

How about some honesty?

Did your problem get fixed?

My profile shows the last best achievements all in March 2018.

I have had many better achievements since then as reflected in my badges earned.

Another thread was told to log out and back in again, helped that person but not me...

Hi @RichardJ , short answer is no.

I think they are too busy trying to sort out all the problems with all the new bells and whistles to bother with the original stuff.

Over to you @MarreFitbit, any more information after a year of waiting?
