Hello,

 

I am facing difficulty in playing videos on my Android smartphone Samsung Galaxy A10s. I have tried to play videos which i had download from youtube through vidmate. So, pls suggest me how i can fix this problem.

Please keep in mind that our Fitbit Community Forums are for issues with the Fitbit app or Fitbit devices on Android mobile devices, therefore, if you're experiencing difficulties with your Samsung Galaxy A10s playing videos I suggest you to contact Samsung directly to receive further assistance.
